The units are in
Heliopolis or the villas of Helio Village so they are close to each other, the
letters identify the building. The price is for 2 people sharing for one (1)
week. The villas could take two couples and the price would be 30 Euros for the
extra couple for the week.
The price includes local tax all bedding
and towels including bath and beach towels and final cleaning there are no
extra charges for the accommodation. There is a charge made by the city for
entry in 2009 it was 12 Euros per unit per week.
Optional train or
airport transfers are available from the local rental firm Castaways uses on
site at Cap d'Agde.
Heliopolis AB 4 Person 2nd floor close to the
beach with great beach and sea views, the views make this unit special
great for drinks and meals or just relaxing watching the beach and sea ,and in
the evening the views of Sete lights in the distance. This unit has had a part
new kitchen fitted with a microwave and is decorated to a good standard and has
a separate sleeping area with a double bed, extras include a TV and on the
balcony a sun blind ,price 1132 Euros
Heliopolis AB a large studio
1st floor close to the beach with beach and sea views, this unit for more
comfort has been made to sleep 2 people and can be twin bedded or a king size
bed it has been well furnished and has had a new kitchen fitted, extras include
TV, Radio /CD player, small electric oven, it has electric shutters and a sun
awning on the long balcony and is on the 1st floor, these units get morning and
afternoon sun Price 1230 Euros

Floor close to the beach with sea and beach views, this unit has a separate
sleeping area with a double bed, in the winter of 2007/08 we fitted a new
bathroom and kitchen. There is sofa bed in the living area, a large fridge
freezer, Radio/CD Player, safe, washing machine, ceiling fans and it has a
large balcony .Price 1230 Euros

south facing with sea views, the balcony gets sun for most of the day, it
has a separate bedroom with a double bed in the living area it has a sofa bed,
extras include ceiling fan , microwave, TV and a radio/CD player, there is a

over Heliopolis Centre towards the beach, with a sea view, it has a double
balcony. A separate bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living area with a
sofa bed, and in the” cabine”. Bunk beds. Extras include a microwave

2006 and for more comfort made to sleep 2 people, facing the beach with a sea

bathroom and kitchen. It has a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed
in the living area, and bunks in the “ Cabine”, it has a terrace
